These messages are sent via our texting platform using an A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) business messaging number and are used to coordinate your bee removal and relocation service.
Message types may include:
Message frequency varies and is limited to what is reasonably necessary to coordinate your service. Typically, you will receive only a few messages per service request. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns to your mobile number.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from us, except where a message is necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from us, depending on your mobile carrier plan and message package. You are responsible for any message or data charges imposed by your carrier.
The Bee Guy RGV is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither we nor any mobile carrier (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, UScellular, and others participating in the A2P 10DLC ecosystem) are liable for any delays or failures in message delivery. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and equipment compatibility.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided to consent to receive messages. By consenting, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to coordinate your service request and related communications. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued consent after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
